Nice and clean with friendly staff. The only thing I would say is the map to find the hotel isn’t much help but if you follow the signs for the hotel Roma it is in the same street as the hotel Castillo. Our room was a nice size with a double comfortable bed and a lounge area with a sofa bed. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family if you what a city centre location with only a short walk to bars and restaurants and of course shop’s

Staying at Hotel Castillo was an excellent experience. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The hotel's staff were amazing - kind, polite, considerate and supremely helpful. Everyone was prepared to go that extra mile to make our stay perfect. The hotel was within walking distance of all Denia had to offer and our stay there was lovely. We would certainly use the hotel again!

The attentive staff who spoke good English and the modern redecoration. Also the plentiful supply of clean hot water for a deep relaxing bath. Bit noisy are but at least it was lively. Good hotel for teenagers. And young people.
Very friendly and clean. Room was a good size even though we had the smallest and the balcony with seating was a bonus. Free WIFI thank goodness and a flatscreen TV. Breakfast continental and plentiful. Great young people's hotel, or young at heart hotel.

The Hotel Castillo staff made us welcome as soon as we walked through the door and provided information about the local area for shopping and resturants. The Hotel has been compleatly renovated to a good standard, very clean and comfortable The main areas of Denia were available within a short walking distance. Most staff spoke very good english. The Hotel suited us for our weekend break visiting friends

The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and the staff were very nice and efficiant. It was smaller than we imagined, but it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was very good.
Two things that would be an improvement would be if there had been tea making facilities in the room. It was a cold night when we were there. An extra blanket in the room would have meant that we wouldn't have needed to have the heating up so high overnight. But overall we were well happy with the hotel and staff.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The decor was of a very high standard. The breakfast was exceptional.
The surrounding street was in need of a facelift.

Very convenient for the city. We did not stay for all of our booking as the region did not fit our purpose, we were there to look for a new home. When we decided to terminate our stay the staff were very helpful.

Very friendly lady of the hotel!! Clean rooms but a little bit small and very small bathroom, but al very clean! The hotel is situated in a small street but very near to the old center. The problem is parkspace ,we had to park the car about 4a 500m from the hotel .And a parkspace is 11€ /day..... But in general the kidness of the lady from Castillo makes a lot good!!
